mud (n): Soft, wet earth.

optional (adj): Available to be chosen but not required; not compulsory.

overnight (n): For the duration of a night.

ruins (n): The remaining parts of a building or city that has been destroyed or has fallen into disrepair.

submarine (n): A ship that can travel both on the surface of the water and underwater.

temple (n): A building used for the worship of a god or gods, especially in religions other than Christianity.
