component (n): A part of a larger whole, especially a part of a machine or vehicle.

computation (n): The action of mathematical calculation.

device (n): A thing made or adapted for a particular purpose, especially a mechanical or electronic one.

drown (v): To die through submersion in and inhalation of water.

evolution (n): The process of change and development over time.

gadget (n): A small mechanical or electronic device or tool.

grab (v): To take hold of something or someone suddenly and roughly.
